Proverbs 12:1

Anyone who loves learning accepts correction, but whoever hates correction is stupid.

Oh this one never gets old to me.

This was Jesus’s reply. “I’m telling you the solemn truth,” he said. “You aren’t looking for me because you saw the signs, but because you ate as much bread as you could.”

Why are you seeking Jesus?

For what you can get from Him?

To make your life a little better?

Or to follow Him, out of love and trust, through whatever He takes you?
